How does Countr work?
Countr is your personalized online shopping platform. Discover and shop items curated to you from luxury labels, emerging designers, and wear-everyday brands that you love all in one place and in a single-cart. You can post looks, follow friends and trendsetters, chat and share products while unlocking exclusive deals and rewards as you go.
Do I have to pay to use Countr?
Nope! We’re a totally FREE service.

How do I reset my password?
If you are logged out of the app, go to the log in screen.
Click the “Forgot Password. Remind.”
Enter your email address and click the “Submit” button.
Check your email for the reset password link and follow the instructions from there.
Once you reset your password, follow the link to sign back in.
How do I change my email address?
From the app, go to your profile page, click the “Gear” icon in the upper right corner.
Click on "Change Email/Password" in the menu.
Change your email by editing directly in the email field.
How do I invite friend to join my Style Tribe?
Countr is so much more fun with friends!
From your profile page, click the “Add Friend” icon in the top left corner.
Connect your Address Book to Countr and then send them an awesome text message invite.
Can I save an item for later?
Yes, and you’ll get deal alerts if it goes on sale!
To save an item on Countr, tap the “Heart” icon.
You can save your item to “Favorites” or
Tap the “+” icon the create a new list.
Give your list a name and select your “Privacy” settings (public or private).
To see your lists, click your avatar to view your profile page.
How do I buy an item on Countr?
When you find an item you want to purchase, select your color and size preference.
Then click “Add to Bag.” It’s that simple.
When you’re ready to checkout, click the bag icon.
Enter your shipping and payment information, then just click to pay.
Be on the lookout for an email from both Countr and the retailer you purchased your item from, confirming your purchase.
If you don’t get either emails, send a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
When will my order arrive?
When you purchase an item on Countr, you are placing an order directly with the retailer. Each retailer has its own shipping method. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from the retailer with an estimated arrival date.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you would like to change your order before it ships, please contact the retailer directly. Please note it may not be possible to change your order after we receive it as some of our brand partners have very short order modification windows.

Where can I find my order number?
Once you place an order, you can find all your order information:
In the email that was sent to you by both Countr and the retailer
You can also access your “Order History” from your profile page by clicking the “Gear” icon in the top upper right corner.
Click your order confirmation and you will be directed to a page will all the information regarding your order.
How do I talk to a liver person about my order?
We would love to talk with you about your order and welcome your feedback on how to improve our services. Feel free to email us anytime at: email@example.com.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax depends on the shipping destination and will be calculated during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We do NOT currently accept Discover, Paypal, Amazon Payments, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Google Wallet or any other payment providers not listed here for item purchases.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Countr?

Currently, we ONLY support shipments to the U.S. and its territories.
How much does shipping cost?
Each retailer has their own shipping and delivery options, so shipping won’t always be the same for each of your orders. Make sure you check what shipping option you selected, as some methods are faster than others.
We recommend contacting the retailer for issues like:
No delivery, or excessively late delivery
Goods damaged during shipping / delivery
Incorrect shipping rates / charges
If the retailer provided tracking information in the order confirmation email, make sure to track your order before contacting them for help.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Countr works with various retail partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the vendor. You can also view a products return policy on the product detail page on the website.
Each brand has their own refund, return and exchange policies. Please reach out to the retailer directly for all refund, return and exchange requests using the confirmation email you receive from the retailer.
